« Bill Gates Urges Companies to Adopt "Creative Capitalism" | Main | Strategies for Surviving and Thriving in Challenging Times »

January 26, 2008

Comments

Robert I. Laitres

The criticism of Mr. Gates is quite astounding, particularly at this time when we are in recession, the financial system has almost reached crisis stage brought about by manegerial incompetence in almost every industry, CEO's rewarded desptite incompetence, the divide between the very wealty and all others widening and deepening, and all that these (pardon the term) "yahoos" can come up with is "Stay the course!" Where have these people been for the last 30 years? It certainly is one divorced from the real world.

Theo Papadakis

Fully agree with you

- Capitalism is not tied to anything than money making. This includes law.
- If ethics (via competitive advantage, product differentiation and customer engagement) provide a route to profitability then capitalism will be tied to ethics.
